The development of research facilities requires an attention to detail; from the specification and detailing of appropriate finishes to the full co ordination of the safe dispersal of all services, including specialist gases in a laboratory. This work involves close co-operation with a client to ensure that the client is able to properly consider the Health and Safety of a facility and management of its changing patterns of future use.
